Query 5 If one is to justify going to war in moral terms, then one has to assume that the worst will happen and argue from there. Hence, Tony Blair has to assume, as the UN has suggested, that 1,000,000 Iraqi under 5 year olds are going to die in the war due to starvation or illness. It may not happen, but then again, it might.
